The AJHIS invites you to submit your paper.Topics covered will deal with the theoretical and practical aspects of health informatics and informatics technology as they relate to all areas of health care.The AJHIS recognises the value of both the academic and practice-based perspectives in Health Informatics and health information technology.Therefore manuscripts are sought from all sectors of these disciplines.

The AJHIS is committed to scholarly excellence.All papers (except Editorials) submitted to the Journal will undergo a peer review process.

All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by independent reviewers. Usually two or three reviewers will review one paper. Ususally,the journal uses a single-blind peer-review process (i.e. authors do not know who the reviewers are,but reviewers do know who the authors are).Authors concerned that this practice may bias reviewers in their particular circumstances,may request during the submission process to the editor that a double-blind peer-review process is being used for their submitted paper. It is then the author’s responsibility to submit a manuscript that does not contain any information linking the paper to the authors.Also,upon completion of the review process authors must provide a final version that includes the required personal information on the authors.
